Girl Talk #1: Abigail Shepard and Kasumi Goto

Abigail Shepard and Kasumi Goto were sitting at the counter in Chora's Den, drinking and chatting about their past adventures and past loves. she was enjoying herself until Kasumi nudged her with her elbow, "So what's going on with you and Garrus, Shep?" Abigail swallows her drink instead of spitting it out like she wanted to but the Turian bartender was standing in front of her and she didn't want to soak him. Luckily for her, he moved away from the two chatting women having been waved over by a new customer. Abigail barely stifled a sigh of relief before she takes another sip of her drink and puts the half empty class down. 

She looks at the thief with a smirk and said, "Not until you tell me what's going to between you and Jondum Bau, Kas?" Abigail leans playfully against Kasumi, the two women weren't in their normal clothing...Joker had said that they wouldn't be able to blend in or help others relax especially if Abigail was armed so both women conceded and went out in to have a good time in normal clothing.

Kasumi chuckles at that and takes a sip of her drink, "Mmm, I simply admire the Specter Bau...I must admit that I wish there were more like him… despite him trying to catch me."

The other woman laughs and shakes her head, saying, "Suuure, Kas...lie to another woman." She tucked a strand of black wavy hair behind her ear as her brown eyes scanned the bar around them before looking back at the Asian woman. 

The thief laughs again and smiles, "You're dodging my question, Shep." Abigail clicks her tongue against the roof of her mouth in feign annoyance. "Damn, you got me...we're dating now, he was really cute when he asked me if I wanted to be a one Turian kind of woman." She smiles a little as she thought of her Turian boyfriend.

Kasumi 'aww'ed at that and takes another sip of her drink, "I am happy to hear that...you deserve to be happy, Shep. And for the record I knew this would happen."

"Oh?" Abigail said lifting an eyebrow and looking at the other woman, curious now...and wondering if the thief was psychic or something...that or if she was very observant to what was going on around her.

"When we were going to after the Collectors, I saw how you two acted with each other," Kasumi explained. "You were both side stepping around each other at first until someone made that first move."

Abigail smiles as she remembers that day, "Yeah, that's about right." She looks away when Kasumi starts to eye her as if she wanted her to go on. "Sorry, not drunk enough to talk about it."

Kasumi playfully pouts at Abigail and said, "You're no fun, Shep." Abigail shrugs her shoulders in an almost casual manner before she takes another sip of her drink.

"Yeah, well since you're not really telling anything about what's going on between Bau and you then I won't tell you who made the first move with me and Garrus," Abigail said with a playful huff and looks away, lifting her chin in a haughty manner....playfully though, Abigail Shepard was anything but haughty.

Kasumi elbowed Abigail in the ribs, causing the other woman to grunt playfully and clench her abused side as if the thief had elbowed her hard instead of the soft one she did.

"Aww, should I call Garrus to kiss it better?" Kasumi said in a playful motherly tone.

"No...he's busy calibrating the Normandy at the moment," Abigail said taking a sip of her drink and Kasumi stifled a laugh, that was so Garrus. "And you know how he gets when you interrupt him while he's doing that."

"I bet he wouldn't be too made if he sees what you're wearing, Shep," Kasumi said looking at the outfit Abigail was wearing, the other woman was wearing a somewhat revealing black short dress. "Heh, he might faint if he sees me," Abigail said chuckling. "But I can picture Bau's reaction....faint city, here he comes." Kasumi wore a dress similar to Abigail's but it was red instead of black.

Kasumi laughs and said, "Yes, I can see that too...good thing that we didn't invite any of them to come with us then."

Abigail lifts her glass in the air in a toast and said, "I'll drink to that but I think we should send him a picture of you in that dress and then see what his reaction would be...I think he would call me and ask me why I did that while he tries to calm himself down."

"Mmm, okay but I'll send Garrus a picture of you and then wait for his reaction," Kasumi said raising her glass as well. "I think he would thank me."

The two women clinked their glasses together and took a sip of their drinks before moving on to another conversation, laughing and drinking as the night went on.
